| Description | The original of this stripe was found among a collection of old wallpapers in teh town of Perth, Frontenac County, Ontario, Canada. It was brought over to this country from Perth, Scotland, in 1842. The well-drawn pattern is particularly successful because of its rare versatility, gained by varying the color emphasis on the many different stripe motifs. |
